India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML), a leading exhibition and convention hub in Asia, has entered a strategic alliance with Garment Technology Expo Pvt. Ltd. to co-host and scale up the renowned Garment Technology Expo (GTE)—India’s premier event for garment manufacturing technology. This collaboration aims to pool the strengths of both organizations to elevate the scale, scope, and impact of GTE.
With a legacy spanning over 25 years, GTE will continue under the visionary leadership of its Founder & Chairman Inderjit S. Sahni, alongside Managing Director Ricky Sahni. The GTE board will also include Mukesh Gupta, Director, and Sudeep Sarcar, CEO, from IEML, strengthening the organizational framework.
The partnership is set to amplify GTE’s reach and offerings through multi-city editions and a broader exhibitor base. IEML will infuse advanced infrastructure, pan-India presence, and event expertise to enhance exhibitor and visitor experience. Expanded marketing outreach and curated programs will attract a diverse, global audience.
The upcoming GTE editions include Ahmedabad (Nov 2025), Greater Noida (Mar 2026), and Bengaluru (Sep 2026). These events promise to be vital platforms for innovation, automation, sustainability, and smart garment manufacturing practices in India and beyond.
